After the cardholder's bank raises a chargeback, Fincra receives the notification and treats it on behalf of the merchant by ACCEPTING or DECLINING the chargeback after necessary engagement with the Customer(Merchants/Agents). When a chargeback is ACCEPTED it implies that the merchant has agreed to refund the customer because the transaction failed. When a Chargeback is DECLINED this implies that the transaction was successful and the customer does not get refunds for such transaction; in addition, whenever a transaction is Decline it must be accompanied by a valid Receipt or Journal as an Evidence that shows the customer parted with Goods or received value.
